Kids Ministry
We believe it is important to build children’s lives on the solid foundation of Jesus Christ; that begins at birth through the elementary years. SCKids is a place where kids are accepted and loved in a safe and educational setting. We want kids to want to come to church and start preparing their lives for all that God has for them. The safety and security of your children is very important to us. All adults who work with children go through a background check process. You can also find SCKids on Facebook for updates, announcements, and lesson extras.
Nursery
The nursery is open to all infants through age 3 during all our Sunday services. We believe that no child is too young to experience the love of God so during your time of worship, your precious little one will participate in Christ-centered songs, games and more while in the care of our trained staff.
Kid’s Church: ages 4 yrs – 5th grade
SCKids come together at 10:30am every Sunday. After your child checks in, we join the adults for worship in the sanctuary. Kids will then go to SCKid’s Church and have fun learning to use their Bible, memorizing Bible verses, applying God’s Word to their life, as well as songs, games, crafts and snacks. Our series changes every month and each week builds upon the previous to give our kids a deeper understanding and opportunity to apply God’s Word to their individual lives. We use High Voltage curriculum.
